We accept eligible returns within 30 calendar days of delivery. Returned items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not charge restocking fees. Please contact us at support@qevyne.com before sending a return.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. After processing, standard shipping generally takes 5–10 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and carrier.

We offer standard shipping within the United States. Orders of $60 or more qualify for free standard shipping. Orders under $60 are charged a flat standard shipping fee of $8.
